Credit Authorization Agreement
You acknowledge, agree, and authorize that Ilendar, its Network Partners, providers, and respective agents (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may obtain your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, or Clarity. You acknowledge that we may use the credit report for any purpose permitted by law, including:
(a) To authenticate and verify your identity based on the information you provided;
(b) To assess your eligibility for credit and identify products and/or services you may qualify for;
(c) To determine your current debt-to-income ratio;
(d) To obtain a credit score.
When you check your rates and review loan offers via Ilendar, we may perform a soft inquiry or hard inquiry on your credit report, which may impact your credit score.
